So, how does it work?!
Infusing with our kits is simple! Just add your pre-measured ingredients into the jar, fill with your favorite spirit and seal for at least three days. Once you're ready to enjoy, simply pour on the rocks or into a cocktail.
What's included in a signature Aged & Infused kit?
Each Aged & Infused kit includes everything you need to infuse at home; a 16 oz jar, pre-measured ingredients, infusing directions and a custom filtering pour spout.
What's included in an Aged & Infused refill pack?
Our refill packs include all of the pre-measured ingredients you need to infuse in an existing Aged & Infused kit. Just give your empty bottle a rinse, add the ingredients, fill with your favorite spirit and let the infusing begin!
How many cocktails does each kit make?
Each Aged & Infused kit infuses 16 oz of booze - enough for 7-8 cocktails depending on how strong you like your drink!
How long after infusing do I have to drink my booze?
We recommend consuming your Aged & Infused kit within one month of infusion. If you need more time, remove all the solid ingredients and you can extend the shelf life of your infusion indefinitely.
Do I need to refrigerate my infusion kit?
Nope! Your infused kit does not need to be refrigerated. You can leave it on your bar cart or wherever you store your booze.
Can I infuse the same ingredients a second time?
You can infuse a second time with the same ingredients, but it won’t be quite as flavorful. Check out our refill packs to try a new flavor (or more of the same).

We got all six of the infusions for the fall! We haven't infused all of them yet but we have them on our bar. The colors are very fun next to each other! We have made martinis with the blue sunday kit so far, excited to go through the rest of them.

This is a fantastic set of infusion kits for gifts. It's really fun to give this to someone the full collection - especially if you don't exactly know their liquor taste. Great Gift
I got this as a gift for my wife - we love experimenting with and making cocktails. All these infusions look great and she loves how all the colors go together. We want to infuse one kit at a time - we started with Blue Sunday and infused it with vodka. It turns a light shade of blue after only a couple of hours and we made cocktails with it a few days later. We love the lavender flavor in the infusion, I'm hoping the blueberry flavor becomes stronger after being infused longer. This is a great gift for any cocktail lover, looking forward to infusing again and again!

We moved last fall and decided to get a full bar cart to celebrate! It's been really fun having all six of these infusions, we previously only had one bottle we bought at a show a couple of years ago. These kits are a crowd pleaser and a great conversation starter. I have a pretty extensive collection of whiskey and thought this would be a fun addition. I've infused the navel gazer and out of office so far and both are excellent (with Maker's). Looking forward to having friends over and trying more out

The A & I infusers are very cool. Have infused Expresso; Cosmos; Old Fashions and Bloody Mary’s. All create unique drinks with great taste. Used Woodford Double Oaked in the Old Fashioned - Rock Star Drink! Tinkered with the Bloody Mary and came up with a nice drink.
All of the infused drinks are not available for refill. Need to fix that. I don’t need more infusers, I need more of the ingredients.
