All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. 

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email with your order number and request and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders $59+!

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business day days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as our carrier scans your label, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control and (as much as we wish it wasn't so!) final delivery is out of our hands. Please email if you have any issues and we'll do our best 

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order faster, we offer UPS 2-Day for domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package. We ask that you please apply our 2-3 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

Orders placed with UPS 2-Day will arrive within two business days once shipped from our fulfillment location. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

This is our carrier's shipping policy, and once a package is shipped from our warehouse, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. For more info or help with your order, email our Customer Care team at 


If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Aged & Infused products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our team at within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or order confirmation email). We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.


We will replace any Aged & Infused items purchased from our website if they are defective or damaged. Please email to get the process started. 

Gifts and Gift Cards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any product returns that were paid with a gift card can only be refunded onto a gift card.
