I've infused our Navel Gazer infusion bottle about three times now. Each time the flavor is slightly different but it keeps things interesting! I really like making old-fashioneds and manhattan with this infusion. I have only used whiskey so far but going to try rum on the next go around. So glad to have this infusion in my bar!

I saw this company on the Touch of Modern website and decided to give them a try, glad I did, they offer quality ingredients and products to age your infusion in, which will last for years to come and more experimenting next time! I really like Blue Sunday, I find it's just the right hint of Lavender on the dried blueberries, which of course come to life with the vodka you add! Use the very best Vodka you can afford, the better the quality the better the outcome! And my tip is to keep it chilled! Ice only dilutes it, so keep it chilled! I look forward to trying many more infusions!
