Infusion Spotlight: Bundled Up Five Ways

The Bundled Up infusion kit was inspired by those crisp autumn nights. The light notes of peppery chai, bright lemon, and rich seasonal persimmon are the perfect pairing to go with that cozy blanket you’ve been longing for all summer. Whether hot or cold, here are five cocktails we’re loving this season.

The Cardigan, Man!

2 oz Bundled Up-infused vodka
1 oz Kahlúa
1 splash heavy cream
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Add infused vodka and Kahlua to a rocks glass over ice. Top with heavy cream, stir lightly, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!

Electric Chai

2 oz Bundled Up-infused bourbon
.75 oz coffee liqueur 
2 dashes orange bitters
Flamed orange peel for garnish 

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Run a match or lighter along the edges of an orange peel and drop into the drink. Enjoy one of our very favorite cocktails! 

Fireside Margarita

2 oz Bundled Up-infused mezcal 
1 oz apple cider
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz agave nectar
Twisted lime peel for garnish

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a lime twist and cozy on up with your new fav drink!

Star Gazer

2 oz Bundled Up-infused spiced rum
4 oz apple cider
.5 oz honey syrup*
Cinnamon stick for garnish

In a small saucepan, combine infused rum, cider and honey syrup. Simmer and stir until warmed through (not too hot!) and pour into a heat-proof glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!

*Honey syrup is easy to make at home! Simmer ½ cup water and ½ cup honey on low heat until honey is dissolved. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one month. 

Falling Leaf Fizz

1.5 oz Bundled Up-infused gin
.5 oz lemon juice
Tonic water to top
Lemon twist for garnish

Fill a Collins glass with ice and pour in infused gin and vodka. Top with tonic water, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
